Are the prices VAT inclusive?

Yes. Every price on this page is in South African rand and already includes 15% VAT, so the number you see is the number on your invoice.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

Sign in with your mobile number or email and your workspace opens immediately with full features for 14 calendar days. No card is needed to start, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.

Do you charge per user?

No. Plans are priced per team-size band, not per seat. Add technicians up to your plan limit without your bill changing, and move up a band only when your crew grows past it.

How much do I save on annual billing?

Paying annually takes 20% off the monthly price. The annual toggle above shows the exact monthly equivalent and the yearly saving for each plan.

How can we pay?

Subscriptions are billed in rand through Paystack (card, Instant EFT and Capitec Pay) or by standard EFT for annual and Enterprise accounts.

Does it work where there is no signal?

Yes. Technicians can open and complete job cards offline. Clock events, checklists, photos and signatures are queued on the device and synced automatically when the phone reconnects.

How is technician location data handled under POPIA?

FieldControl records a GPS fix only when a technician clocks in or out, to confirm they are within the site geofence. There is no continuous background tracking. Location logs are kept for 90 days for dispute resolution.
